INSTRUCTOR TRAINEE RECRUITMENT

MAIN ROLES

– Taking on a variety of roles when leading a group of participants, such as managers, coordinators, coaches, mentors, etc.

– Planning and proposing activities that attract young people to participate, ensuring the valuable goals set out by the course such as developing positive thinking, teamwork, communication skills and other life values

– Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, creating inspirational experience courses in a safe and exciting environment

– Providing technical support outdoors for other coaches in some activities that require coordination such as rock climbing, kayaking, etc.

– Checking and maintaining assigned safety equipment and report the status to the person in charge

REQUIREMENTS

– Outdoors and sports enthusiast

– Candidates with lack of experience are welcomed and will be thoroughly trained

Either in Binh Dinh or Ha Long

– Cat Hai Commune, Nhoi Hoi Economic Zone, Phu Cat District, Binh Dinh Province

– Ha Long, Quang Ninh Province
