Governing Council
The Governing Council’s purpose is to support and advocate OBV’s mission of helping individuals recognize their true potential through outdoor experiential learning, adventure, challenge, service, and discovery. It holds an advisory role in overseeing organisational structure, risk management, and business development , while also ensuring OBV’s ongoing financial viability, sustainability, and long-term strategic growth.

Risk Management Committee
The Risk Management Committee, a sub-committee of the Governing Council, holds an advisory role in establishing and implementing processes to identify and assess the nature, severity, and frequency of risks. Its purpose is to ensure robust risk management systems are in place, advise on safety performance, policies, procedures, and oversee the introduction of new programmes.
